When you live on Air Force bases for 20yrs and being so over the sound of the air craft gearing up 1st thing in the morning before the sun rises or flight exercis roaring overhead right after you get the baby to sleep. Then living in the civilian community and missing the very thing that annoyed you. The pride the energy, the roaring that shakes the whole house like an earthquake and an unconscious awareness of safety is something that majority of the population don't understand.
