I’ve just been diagnosed with fnd I had never heard of it before even some of the nurses hadn’t heard of it 🤦🏻♀️,thanks for raising awareness and sharing your journey I hope your ok and doing well 💕💕💕

Got diagnosed with epilepsy and migraines at 22. Overworked myself for years so i guess this was my body’s way of telling me to slow down :(

can someone please help me figure out what I had ♥️🙏 I struggle with extreme cptsd anxiety and a few other diagnoses in 2021 I started getting bad problems my stomach hurt so much doctor said it was form stress around late 2022 I got breathing problems they tok tests and nothing weird was haooening to me doctor said it was stress, last year something extremely traumatizing happend and next day I was at the er because I couldn't walk I was paralyzed from mid thighs down for about 3 weeks and had to re learn to walk but after that happend I have had leg cramps a few times witch I never got before and when I'm really scared it almost looks like I'm having a seizure

Feel this. ❤️but also to anyone reading. it is not your fault, sometimes we’re doing the best we can and thinking we’re coping. ❤️Though I’d defo recommend anyone who is feeling long term stress or depression etc to get as much support as possible
