It’s rubbish I’ve got one, handle snapped, nightmare to clean constantly to stop odours. I have a dog & forever cleaning he’s hairs up, & yes I always forget to empty the hover. I have a busy life. Was amazing when first got it few months down the line & it’s going in the bin
