@savedbyhisgraceig: There are seasons where following God doesn’t feel triumphant. It feels silent, heavy and Empty. It feels unbearable where there are moments when you pray until you have no words left, when you shed tears to the point of not being able to speak, when you wonder if anyone is listening, when your heart is breaking and heaven seems quiet. Jesus himself entered that darkness. He knew what it was like to cry out in agony. He knew what it felt like to carry unbearable pain. I don’t have all the answers. I’m still wrestling. I’m still asking questions. But if you’re in a season where God feels distant, you’re not alone in that struggle. Sometimes faith isn’t the absence of pain.
