I once experienced this , that was on Christ the king days , but fortunately those that said that they are superior were dismissed and we were only 5 alter servants in my parish (males only) we dress alter no female to help cos all of them were also dismissed, and when I became the head I changed everything to equality

I never tried this to my parish when I was a president. As far as you were counted mass, you must serve it. Some of those junior servers then are now big boys.they accord me that respect and they fellow my footsteps. I valued the junior servers than senior ones then

Bullying in Altar server is too much. the seniors these days are very bad example. I wonder what it will become in the next 5years to come. All parish priest should look into this. am talking out of experience. I have 2 sons in Altar server.

There's a lot of disciplines when it comes to Alter Servers. either you're in or out. you must follow all the rules and regulations of the group because nowadays, young people are very stubborn
