@kelseyw830: When I found these pickling cucumbers at a local farm for $10 I just knew what my weekend would consist of— making a bunch of pickles! I’ve made a few different pickle recipes, but these garlic dill are my favorite! So easy to throw together & lots of flavor! I also love to throw in a dash of red pepper to some jars for an added spice! For the brine I add 4 cups white vinegar, 4 cups apple cider vinegar, 8 cups of water, 1 cup of canning salt!
