Have you thought about him maybe being a wobble cat ? when I first got my kitten he couldn’t walk but slowly overtime he would stumble around and it got better as time went on. He’s now 6 🥰

my cat is SUPER SIMILAR!!!! since he’s a kitten i would reccomend getting rubber bottom shoes for him bc he needs friction & itll be better than trying to train him later. rugs + carpets r ur savior!!
