@itscoachgabriel: 3 small fixes for bigger arms 🔥 Same exercises you already do — just done right: 1️⃣ Rope overhead extension → open your elbows (don't pin them together) 2️⃣ Bayesian curl → pull your elbow behind your body → full bicep stretch 3️⃣ Tricep kickback → elbow up and behind you → full lockout Red = wrong. As a Physical Therapist working for 38 years analyzing body mechanics I can tell you that the form how a particular exercise is done depends on purpose and the body. So lets not say “ it is not like this. Its like this”. It would be interesting to hear your body mechanical analysis to explain what you are showing
