That pharmacy should be closed until corporate finds a floater tech. It's unsafe to verify your own work, and the company will not stand behind you in case of a med error.

From a legal standpoint (I’m also a pharm tech) isn’t it supposed to be a 1-2 ratio? Or at least a 1-1 ratio??? I’m very confused on how this he company is legally getting away with this
