cutter is suprisingly strong ive been testing it on multiple builds and ive found, wedge, hexa, rush and low rush are very strong choices as well

I found that putting Cutter Shinobi on yielding showed some surprising results. it didn't really have much of a hard time taking down Cobalt Dragoon on Elevate or shark scale on any of its combos or Aero Pegasus 1-60 Rush
