Most outlet clothing isn't leftover retail stock—it's manufactured specifically for factory stores. The quality is still okay, but it's definitely a step down from the originals.

Express factory is actually different from the stuff sold in the regular express. If you look in the tag and theres a diamond, its made specifically for outlet (the quality is still good tho!)
