I just called our internet provider. Our land line will be installed next Friday. For 10 bucks a month. And I can’t wait. I’m going to start treating my cell like a cell. Off once I’m home. No more dudes, rolling and need spending.. no more people constantly texting. I’m limiting my avabi to those who can call the house.

This would require taking my phone off of silent/DND which it’s been for about the last 10 years lol 😂 it’s a great idea though

Fun fact: you can buy a “landline” 90’s phone with base on Amazon that Bluetooth connects your cell phone. Then if your cell rings - your house phone rings.

I wish I could but I get anxiety not having my phone on me. I keep it on DND but I’m afraid of needing to call 911 and being too far from it 😭. Do I have any medical reason to need to call 911? No but just anxious in case I ever have to lmfao.

You can actually get a house phone that Bluetooth’s to your phone! We have one, so when we’re home with our kids, if someone needs something they’ll call if it’s urgent.
