You went through something traumatic. Take some time. Feel your feelings. Heal. Give yourself so grace. Don’t get lost down the rabbit holes of what if… it’s easy to go down that spiral and it’s hard to come back. Make peace with what happened and it’s cliche, but accept that you can’t change anything about it and move forward. There’s a reason the rearview mirror is substantially smaller than the windshield. Sending lots of love to you. I hope you have a speedy and pain free recovery. 💕

Please look at Nancy’s book you need an actual surgeon. I’m so so so sorry this happened to you. My last surgery the same thing happened to me.

After my major endo surgery I was told I needed to walk 3xs, baby I walked 4xs. I wanted to make sure I did my part in the healing process! As a fellow endo sister, sending you lots of love and prayers! Here if you want to chat! I am a huge advocate in the community! Been apart of the endo community for over a decade. I run a local support group as well. I am facing another endo surgery soon and this terrifies me. 😓🙏💛

Therapy can be very helpful after major events like this, even if you don’t need it long term, it can help you process it in a way that leads to an easier mental and emotional recovery. You can even do virtual sessions while still admitted!

Going to a endo specialist in august and hopefully get another surgery, had one in 2019 but after watching ure tiktoks im more scared now. So glad to see u doing better.
