For the Lamb stew you will need: * Lamb meat, cut into small pieces * Onion * Olive oil * Garlic paste * Fresh herbs (curry leaves, thyme and rosemary) * Your favourite curry spices (I used garam masala, paprika, mixed herbs, turmeric, ground cumin, ground coriander powder) * Canned tomatoes * Liquid beef stock * Potatoes * Carrots * Salt and pepper For the dumplings you will need: * 3 cups of wholewheat flour * 3 Tbsp sugar * 1 Tbsp olive oil * 5g or half packet active yeast * Pinch of salt * 500ml lukewarm water Watch the full video to see how to make the stew and dumplings.
