People are not used to thinking for themselves and require spoon feeding. It’s literally whatever you say is true, is true. If narrating it is what works for you, then that’s what works for you. You don’t have to mimic the creator exactly as she says. Be a free thinker and make up your own rules.

I feel like it’s similar to learning a language. Saying the sentence helps the beginner become intentional. But eventually, when you achieve fluency, you don’t need to say the sentence. You just think that way.
