@misszuzucchini: I think this dish thought I was feeding a family… but I’ll take it 😋 Finally tried the famous Maghdoot Beef Nalli Pulao served in a pressure cooker, and this thing is HUGE. The rice was super duper flavorful. The beef though is very meaty, so if you’re not into those super rich intense meaty flavors, this one probably isn’t your vibe. They do have chicken options too if you want something a little lighter. Definitely worth trying at least once.
