When I was little my family was camping at sleeping bear dunes and everyone was gonna go down them and they all said to go slow, but I was like 4 so I was like I’ll just run down, I don’t need to go slow. So I did for like 20 seconds and then I couldn’t keep up with my own feet so I tumbled the rest of the way down and landed on my face in the water 🥲

i climbed the tallest one at warren dunes, I had to stop and sit down like every 30 feet 😂 it was 260 feet, the sleeping bear are about 100 feet taller, HELLLL NO😂

My husband said he was gonna do this once. I begged him not to. I watched from the top right as he went about 1/8 of the way down and then came back up. It took like 30 min. He claimed he’d gone halfway. Thankfully I took a video of how far he got. He admitted he would have died if he had done the whole thing. Very satisfying. Sand is incredibly hard to walk in and the thing is an optical illusion. It looks like you can. It’s a mountain of sand. You can’t.
