i was in labour for 36 hrs, barely slept and my partner didn’t want to sleep in solidarity because he wanted to be present for me in that time, if only he had an energy drink while we were there. that’s so valid 😭😂

Beautiful, take walks several times a day, I did that at 9 months and my baby was born very quickly without an epidural.

Idk if you already have blankets, but pack him a blanket so he doesn’t have to use a hospital one. My husband complained that the room was freezing but I was super comfortable.
