I’m sorry you’re really not supposed to flush even if it says it on the packet it gets into our water system. It doesn’t clean it properly. Go onto the official water website.

Please don’t flush litter, waste water treatment works can’t deal with the parasites in animal waste (water industry scientist here!)

My cat is giant, I'll be spending more on this litter than anything else. The wooden pellets are the best. And flushing this is just awful.

That litter tray is way too small for an adult cat, and there's nowhere near enough litter in it for it to work properly. The tray itself also looks absolutely filthy - not the litter, the actual tray. Emptying the litter isn't the same as cleaning the tray. It needs properly washing with hot water and a pet-safe cleaner every week or two because bacteria, urine residue and smells build up on the plastic.
Also, just because a litter says "flushable" doesn't mean you should flush it. "Flushable" is a marketing term. UK water companies advise against flushing any cat litter, even ones labelled as flushable, because they can still cause blockages. Cat poo can also contain Toxoplasma gondii, a parasite that wastewater treatment doesn't always remove. It belongs in the bin, not the toilet.
