My own question is, what if immediately I got it the park I asked the driver to call the recipient which is the buyer to discuss delivery fee and I hand over the goods to the driver and also informed the buyer to discuss further with the driver, and the goods got damage on the way, do I have to pay even after making sure I transfer the full possession of the goods to the driver with the buyer’s consent?
