That analogy is terrible. A father walking out leaves a child who is not using his internal organs to survive, someone who already is breathing and is autonomous from another person ,while keeping full control of his own body. Abortion is about whether someone can be forced to use their body to sustain a another humans life with their organs. Those aren’t remotely the same issue. You’re pretending bodily autonomy doesn’t exist just to force a bad comparison. If your argument depends on ignoring the biggest difference between the two situations, it’s not much of an argument.
