iirc, they can base what they try to squeeze out of you on what you made from the breach of contract. Or they could get an injunction to keep you from actually profiting from the breach until the court battle is over in which case your info may not be worth selling anymore. definitely talk to an attorney, one that specializes in that sort of thing.

Surely if one party has descended to their throne on low, there isn't really anyone with standing to enforce the agreement? I'm not from the US and not a legal scholar (I live in a place where the laws are less... Whatever y'all having going on there) so I'm not sure if the same concepts apply?
