I don’t think any tattoo hurts on the arms I’m currently having a safari themed leg sleeve so far it’s been a doddle no numbing cream ever used got full arm sleeves neck tattoos stomach and ribs full back tattoos pretty much covered never used the numbing stuff I’ve got inside upper leg to be tattooed now that may hurt abit lol👍🏻
