Behind that movement are the core elements of robotics: motorized joints, stabilization, feedback control, recoil compensation and rapid repositioning. The video does not prove autonomous targeting. The system may be remotely operated or manually directed. But it shows why rugged robotic weapon platforms are likely to reach real battlefields long before humanoids carrying rifles.
