i like to move my hair around and put it in ponytails, i just been using i tips. the glue extensions i feel it damages my hair more. it was very choppy at one point.

I've had sew in extensions for almost 4 years, and my real hair grows great, but breaks off so bad and will only grow about 3 inches past my shoulders. Im having them taken out tomorrow, and my stylist is turning them into clip ins so I can take them out and give my hair a break, and only put them in when I'm going out. What are your thoughts regarding my breakage? I've been Using great hair products, oils, gentle on my hair but it still breaks off, could it be from my extensions?

I may have to agree, but what about a thin crown area it shows through ive seen several women that you can see and when the winds blows forget it.

Tape ins did not work for me. ( ruined my hair) Hand tied works best for me! My hair grew longer and heathly. I would like to try KTips one day 💕

don't expect you to bash other stylist but if their method is wrong if what they're doing is causing damage and hair loss I do expect you to speak on that regardless of whoever is feelings that hurts
