Arms don’t hurt one bit I’ve 2 full arm sleeves a Mexican sleeve and a Japanese sleeve didn’t really feel any bad pain I’ve got my neck arms stomach chest ribs and back nearly finished my animal themed full leg sleeve just the inside of top leg haven’t ever used numbing cream each to there own tho people can cope better than some people 👍🏻💯

Numbing cream makes the whole situation worse for me, it gives you a good head-start then dumps you in the deep end, i used it once on my ribs & never again, i like to swim slowley to the deep end 😂👍
