Malai Tawa Chicken Ingredients: 2 chicken legs(400gms) 1 cup yogurt 5 garlic cloves 2 green chilies Half cup thick cream 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp chili flakes 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp lemon juice 4 tbsp oil 3-5 green chilies for garnish 3-4 lemon slices for garnish Put slits on the chicken as shown. Marinate the chicken with the yogurt mixture. On a tawa/pan place the chicken, let it cook for 4-5 min each side and get a nice brown color. Then add the remaining yogurt mixture, chili and lemon.Cover and let it cook at medium low heat for 20-25 mins until oil starts showing and meat is fully cooked.Keep changing sides in between.
