Mass desalination lines from the coast that link to other ram pumps and hubs and plumbing to send the newly created fresh water to refill at the start of the river. This will allow us to turn on the water so to speak and be able to create irrigation to water the deserted land and create mass forests to combat the deforestation and loss of trees
