@heresyourbite: Sausage and Leek Pastina ✨ It’s been a while since I’ve made a pastina recipe (am I feeling okay…?), so I decided it was well past time. I’ve made probably close to 30 pastina recipes over the years, and this one is up there with my favorites. My One-Pot Sausage & Leek Pasta was such a huge hit, so I decided to turn it into a cozy pastina version. I wanted to opt for something a little lighter than traditional pork sausage, so I went with sweet Italian chicken sausage from my local grocery store (shoutout Seaside Market). You can really use whatever sausage you like best here, pastina is one of those recipes that doesn’t need to be followed exactly. It’s meant to be comforting, flexible, and forgiving.
