IBS girly here and I’m on a GLP1. You’d know the difference. It’s so much worse than diarrhea. The severe stomach and abdominal cramps feels like someone is trying to rip your intestines out, body aches that you feel to your bone, chills, fever, headache, profuse sweating, fatigue, awful nausea. It’s an absolutely horrible experience!
