Hate how people try to portray him as this pure villain with no nuance. Yeah he was the main “villain” of the movie but being given the love you wanted only to slowly and subtly realize it isn’t real is not exactly an easy thing to accept. He had no easy options. I know people will say “it’s just a movie” but it’s fun to analyze idc

Started off as a really good guy, I could relate to him but as the movie went on his intentions shifted, he valued his happiness over the idea of being with a fake her over real Nikki’s suffering and he just became so desensitized because of all the things that happened, really good movie 10/10
