I believe God doesn’t, though. We do. We choose. We have free will. We have to be accountable. You can involve him in your decision. You can be led by his wisdom and discernment and walk with a heart posture of obedience but even in his sovereignty, we are responsible and have freewill. He may macromanage but He is not a micromanager. It’s comforting to think it’s all “destined” but that goes against the character of God. Sure, the ultimate outcome will be his overall plan in the big scheme of things but the details are up to us.
