well my coffee Häagen-Dazs starts melting immediately by the time I scooping it in the bowl. but it also has 5 ingredients soo. all real ingredients and thats why its like the only one I'll buy

Make sure you don’t get “dairy dessert” —get “ice cream”. If the first two ingredients aren’t milk and a sweetener, move on.

Im no icecreamologist but if we’re talking about real ice cream and not a dairy dessert, sometimes it’s simply that it’s got a really high fat content and a lot of air. Like you know how if you make a root beer float and you put the ice cream in the soda and it kind of bubbles up like all of those bubbles are the ice cream but it’s got so much air in it now from the soda that it just kind of stays in that structure until you stir it back in.
