In the comics Starfire has been shown to be capable of forming her star-bolt energy into simple constructs like auras and shields, emit the power of a supernova with ease, lift several hundred tons with minimal effort, achieve FTL speeds (in space), and most impressively absorb the solar energy from Kryptonians to weaken them significantly.
