with your rdl,
straighten your posture and go down with your legs instead of your upper body, your working legs go down then your upper body follows sometimes you dont even go that low your pin point of stopping comes from the flexibility of your legs,
stabilization of your core is needed so it doesn't affect or injure your back
i stay leave the b stance rdls for now and do normal db rdls till you get your form better,
for rdls after you perfected your form with no weight, go as heavy as you can, i found this what helped me to feel it in my glutes instead of my hamstrings
