Most people don’t like Argentina because they are still a very racist, far right country. Every country has its issues with racism, and many are dealing with far right politicians, but it’s on another level with Argentina. That being said, so many people hate England as well. Have you seen the joke that Argentina is the only team that would make someone root for England? Lmao. It would also be boring to have the same finals as the last World Cup.

Girl people are so pressed about Argentina’s success they have now sided with their own oppressors. Do they talk about how San Martin and his Argentinian Army liberated South America? No. They compare a Futbol match to “current” racism lol. They don’t know any of the history but a violent coach putting in to strikers and not defending a 2-0 lead is now Argentina being racist. Mean while British citizens are actively seeking for some of its own citizens to be expelled and they were so racist they left the EU to ensure no other country took the terrible jobs they still needed immigrants to fill. The jealousy and absolute embarrassment of comparing a country that welcomes foreigners in their constitution to a country that oppressed half the planet for 300 years is rich.
