He connected his actual laptop to his main wifi then used a vpn soon as that laptop touched his real wifi the GDID AND IP was sent to the windows server. Never let your hack computer touch your real wifi

Do older devices have the GDID's too? Or was this a more recent thing that Microsoft baked into the OS (like OS 10/OS 11?) It'd make a lot more sense that these devices always had a GDID
