@jake.pnw: ‼️ I Never Leave These Behind 🌊 I found a mole crab stranded in the sand, so I carried it back to the waves. Then I came across a crystal jellyfish and returned that to the ocean too. Crystal jellyfish are one of the most common jellyfish on the Oregon coast. They’re almost completely transparent, and unlike many jellyfish, they don’t have a painful sting for people. I always put these animals back in the water because they still have a chance, and if they don’t survive, they can still become food for other marine life instead of drying out on the beach. Follow along as I keep exploring the Oregon coast and helping the wildlife I find. 🦀🌊 #education #learning #OregonCoast #MarineLife #TidePools
