Eat according to your activity level: Not moving much? Smaller meals. More protein, fiber, and balanced carbs to stay full. Active days? You can load up a little more. Always observe how you eat. Control your desires. Strive. Then watch how differently everything starts to feel. Your connection. Your focus. Your faith. Your control over lust and your own desires. A little bit of structure can change so much in your life. May Allah preserve everybody’s health and discipline in this dunya 🤲💚 It saddens me to see many Muslims in Europe becoming weaker in their faith and lifestyle. I was one of them too. It is time to become stronger. To stand firm in your faith and become Strong and better believers. Remember: Islam is not built on emotions. Don’t let outside influences slowly pull you away from what Allah has revealed. Stay aware of the traps of Shaytan and protect your heart. It hurts to see some Muslims lose themselves trying to fit into a lifestyle that takes them away from their deen. Always have a good heart 💚 But stay alert. Stay disciplined.
