I have never been able to eat this as u have prepared this dish because i can’t get past the chicken cooking w the rice.. the blood n fluid that comes out of the chicken grosses me out cooking w the rice… so that being said I make this dish in two dishes n bake.. chicken cooked separately n then after both rice n chicken are cooked, i combine.. love this dish with your Cream of Everything and bouillon!!

My grandmother use to make this exact same dish. She used instant rice instead of regular. Helped cut the cooking time down. I make this dish pretty often for my own kids.
