@asmrlupa: Dubai Chocolate🍫 Ingredients: - 200 g milk chocolate - 150 g kataifi pastry - 200 g pistachio cream - 1 tbsp tahini - 2 tbsp butter Instructions: 1. Melt the milk chocolate until smooth. 2. Toast the kataifi pastry with the butter until golden and crispy. 3. Mix the toasted kataifi with the pistachio cream and tahini. 4. Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into a chocolate mold. 5. Chill for 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens. 6. Add the pistachio kataifi filling evenly. 7. Cover with the remaining melted chocolate. 8. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until fully set, then remove from the mold and enjoy. #cooking #recipes
