it is the speed LIMIT .....LIMIT. NOT the required speed. also: there is a MINIMUM SPEED LIMIT, usually 45 MPH. you can maintain any speed within those limits.

Depends on which lane you’re in while going under the speed limit. Were you in the slow lane? Middle lane? Fast lane? Were you getting passed while going under?

These drivers are exactly the reason that we have traffic jams on the freeway. They can’t follow simple, driving instructions and follow the posted speed limit.

Yes if you go too slow you can get a ticket just like going too fast. and I personally think it should be an automatic instander when you ask for a supervisor there is absolutely zero place in the law that says a supervisor has to show up when you demand one I think you should be able to see the supervisor at the jail

You can get a ticket for impeding traffic . Trust me I know. Just go to court the judge will throw it out but u will have to pay cost of court
