Yeah but he can move on far right (left if its UK) for a second or two, let cars pass and then get back no? I always do that with my electroc scooter, let the fast ones pass

So they wonโt pull in but yet when theyโre on the footpath they ring their bells expecting pedestrians to move in for them. The also cycle two abreast โfor safetyโ but if you try to walk two abreast theyโre yelling at you to move out of their way.
