the manhole was in the middle part of the road, it's on the side of the vehicular and passersby pedestrian road users and leveled near at the traffic 🚦 light post; concerned citizens must immediately informed the proper authorities about this incident, to avoid road-user vehicular and pedestrian accident and by immediately installing the proper warnings signages and precautionary measure gadget/equipment.
