You are a saint. Someone did this for my family once when we missed it by a couple minutes 😭 we’re always there early but had issues with the shuttle on the way to the airport. They graciously put us on new flights although we all had to split up but she did the best she could and was so nice. 🫶🏼

Never understood why people get angry at the staff. I was flying across the US once and my connecting flight was cancelled because of a big storm coming in. So many people screaming and yelling at the desk, what are they supposed to do? I got excellent service by being polite.
