The driver will be in juvenile hall until 21 and if he can stay out of trouble in there will be released, 1 took a plea deal but the details are sealed, the other 2 are still pending trial.

About Messiah, I dont think to say that kids without parent can just run wild and take them from others is the only.thing that should be said here. But is clear is that *proper* parental guidance is needed and the lack thereof will always lead to the destruction of children and this will directly lead to the destruction of society. Messiah was 11 (the youngest), had no home, no guidance , he probably thought he found friends, he was probably easily influenced. All of these factors together is a recipe for disaster.I am not minimising what he did but his circumstances are very unfortunate. If he had a role model maybe he would have not been in that car. All in all they all should be punished for what they did.
