Jude and Tuchel weren't far away in what they said. Tuchel said the mentality was great and brought them through, but the precision and tactical aspects were bad. Jude said that the conditions were hard and they still managed to find a way. The problem was only the terrible reporter, who probably was just pissed, because Tuchel told him that he got it wrong and then tried to make a story by telling Jude just half the context and asking for a response.

I think Tuchel has created this version of Jude and lit a fire under him - he left him out in most the qualifying campaign - created uncertainty of his role - left his best mate Trent out of the squad - was this Tuchel’s big plan to create the Jude we’re seeing now who wants to show Tuchel and everyone who doubted his capabilities .

I accept this - but it still leaves us with a problem, the idea that Bellingham thinks the team performance was in fact at the level it needs to be. (I have a hard time believing this btw)
