@sophiazeilstraa: my current hyper-fixation breakfast >>> 315 cals | 30g protein - 35g oats - 1/2 cup water - 100g egg whites - 150g strawberries - 10g protein powder - 10g peanut butter + sometimes I also add sf syrup on top!! it takes just a few minutes to make, keeps me full all morning, and genuinely tastes like dessert 🍓🍫🤍
