I can actually give context to this!! This is a THING with some Christian romances - that anyone can be redeemed through God and the love of a good Christian woman 🤮 There have been multiple Nazi romances published by Christian presses over the years (not even self-published!), and sometimes they’re even nominated for awards 🙃

I can’t remember the name for the life of me, but I remember seeing people on youtube and twitter speak about it like 6, maybe more years ago. Like this is NOT NEW. we were talking the other day with friends (about Israel) and how the Germans during Nazism and the SS were so othered and disgusted by Jews they built/represented in their social mind that they, more likely, would have never allowed themselves to even touch anyone belonging to that othered space (gipsies/travellers, Jews, Jehovah's witnesses, etc.). So for this to be even thought about is trying to give redemption to an unspeakable social dynamic that created a trauma we still have to unravel and deal with, as society. I don't belong to any of the two categories, but I find this trend horrifying, to tell the truth. It erases so much pain, so much evil, that I wonder why one would even think of it.

So presumably she researched this and was still like, wow that's so hot, truly braindead. There's actually a film called Where Hands Touch of a romance between a biracial girl and H youth, by Amma Asente. Haven't seen it. They should satisfy their forbidden love kinks in fictional settings.
