I hear you and if this change to delivery has just been happening I would have to say it is because of time constraints. Most drivers have more packages to deliver due to the online shopping trend. Maybe once had to deliver 50 now up to hundred and more. The onus is definitely on the companies to hire more drivers and make sure they are skilled enough for rural driveways to get turned around safely extra. 😊
